Jiaxing University is located in Jiaxing, the central hub of the Yangtze River Delta. Since 2013, the city has hosted the annual Wuzhen Theatre Festival and Xitang Hanfu Culture Week. In 2014, Wuzhen in Jiaxing was selected as the permanent venue of the World Internet Conference.
