In addition to three keynote speeches, the conference will include oral presentations, poster presentations and paper sets. The oral presentations will be of 20 minutes duration followed by a 10-minute discussion.
Participants are invited to submit their abstracts by 31st July 2025 for consideration for inclusion in the conference. Each abstract will be reviewed by at least two referees. The deadline for receiving full papers for publishing in the peer reviewed Conference Proceedings is 28th February 2026.

If you would like to contribute to the conference, either as an individual or as part of a group, please go to the website and upload an abstract of your proposed contribution. The abstract for each proposed presentation should be no more than 250 words. Abstracts can be either in English or Chinese.

Abstract submission details
Abstracts should be submitted electronically via the link above (this can be changed depending on the system used). Authors may consult details below.
1)Corresponding author details.
Please provide the Title, Full Name, Affiliation including address, and Email address of the submitting, corresponding author. This email address will be used for all further correspondence. Typically, the corresponding author will be the presenting author. If different, please specify the presenting author in the author list.
2) List of Authors
Provide the names of all contributing authors in the order they should appear. If the presenting author differs from the corresponding author, indicate this in the text.
3) Title
Submit the proposed title of your presentation in no more than 20 words. The title should be descriptive and clearly reflect the type of study.
4) Abstract
The Abstract is no more than 250 words. We recommend using the suggested subheadings below.
Background: Describe the context of the study and state its purpose and aims. Include research questions and hypotheses where appropriate.
Methods: Describe how the study was performed, including its design, participants, data collection and analysis. Refer to ethical approval and study registration details if applicable.
Results: Describe the main results of the study, including main outcomes, planned and exploratory analyses.
Conclusions: Provide a brief summary of key findings and their potential implications to professional practice and research. You may also highlight key strengths and limitations of the project.
Font requirements: The Chinese title should be in bold font size three, and the Chinese abstract should be in Song font size four; The English title is “Times New Roman” on the second page, and the English abstract is “Times New Roman” on the fourth page
