The most recent SMTE was hosted by the Punjabi University Patiala, India. The 12th icSMTE will be hosted by the Jiaxing University, China.

The International Conference on icSMTE - 2025 will bring together educationists, researchers and teacher educators along with science, technology and engineering teachers and researchers from across the globe to promote an international dialogue on critical issues pertaining to learning, teaching, design and development in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics and Education. The conference seeks participation from Chinese and International delegates. The conference will be in offline mode. However, there will be one session exclusively for online paper presentations.
